My coaching practice works by helping you recognise and align with your own true self. Some of my clients call this holistic life coaching; we focus on more than the physical and mental aspects, we go higher.
As well as internationally-recognised coaching methods, I use tools like Human Design, Astrology and Astrogeography to reveal what makes you unique. These insights are blended with intuitive guidance and energetic healing, plus Tarot and Mediumship to empower your journey back to the real you.
